It’s hard to believe Easter is just around the corner! I wanted to share one of my favorite Easter writing activities with you! It also comes with a super cute craft to display with it!
I Am Eggstra Special Writing
We all know that our little ones are EGGstra special! Your little one will love drawing a picture of themselves or writing about what makes them special! This product includes everything you need to make the egg craft and a few different writing options:
- Primary Lined Writing Paper (This is the paper shown in the image below. It is typically used with younger elementary students who are learning how to correctly form uppercase and lowercase letters)
- Lined Writing Paper (I used this paper a lot in Kindergarten when we were focused on just getting little ones to write and not worry so much about letter formation. It is also used by upper elementary students.)
- Picture Drawing Paper (No lines on this paper! Ideal for children who are drawing to express their thoughts or just starting to attempt letters.)
One quick writing tip: Young writers can get easily overwhelmed by seeing an entire page of lines that need to be filled. Fold the paper in half to make it less overwhelming or simply cut the paper into a more manageable writing space based on your child’s needs. This is a great tip for any writing tasks, not just Easter writing activities.
You can grab this product from my Teachers Pay Teachers Store!
