Find the Number Worksheets

Find the number worksheets are perfect for practice identifying numbers! Students will simply color each number that matches Use this worksheet for your students to practice identifying the numbers 1-10. Each number has its own worksheet with the same format.

Number Tracing Worksheets

Students will use these worksheets to practice writing the numbers.  I have two different versions available for each number 1-10. One worksheet is only tracing the number and the other is tracing the number and independent practice for students to practice writing the number on their own. 

These worksheets are great because they meet the needs of different learners in your classroom and can be copied over and over for extra practice or even sent home with students. You could also put them in a dry erase sleeve to be reused.

Draw the Number Worksheets

These Draw the Number Worksheets are fun for students to show they know how to represent numbers by drawing that many objects. They can be kept for each number and turned into a counting book for each student or a class book for each number.

More Activities for Teaching Numbers

Here are a few other activities to help your students master numbers. These activities aren’t worksheets, but they are easy to print and use right away! Pocket chart number sentences are a great way to put literacy and math together. Just print the cards and your students will be able to build simple, predictable sentences using the number words. This pocket chart also corresponds with an emergent reader. I love completing this emergent reader in class and then sending it home with students to read with their families at home.

As always, I recommend printing any pocket chart activity on white cardstock and laminating it. I love this personal laminator! This will help it last longer and you won’t have to replace and reprint the center each school year.
