End of the Year Photo Album
A simple photo album is my go to end of the school year gift for students. Let me show you how to quickly put them together for your students!
- Purchase a 4 by 6-inch photo album for each student. Walmart is my go-to for finding these and they are usually in the card and party section for about $1! It doesn’t matter what the cover looks like because you will be replacing it.
- Next, personalize a front and back cover for each student. I created a product, Editable Photo Album Covers for End of the Year Gifts to make the process super simple for you! Just type in each student’s name and information about the school year. You can just duplicate each page and change the student name.
- Add pictures to each student’s album.

How do you personalize each photo album?

Tips for Putting Together End of Year Gifts to Students:
- Always make sure you have permission to share student photos.
- Plan ahead and keep an album on your phone to store the pictures you plan to print for the photo albums. This will make it easy to upload them to the photo website of your choice.
- Order multiples of the same picture. The first picture in each student’s album is always a picture from the first day of school. You can order more personalized pictures of individual students, but try to do group photos where you can too!
- If you want to do a little something extra tie a tulle ribbon around the album and pair it with a book! Scholastic always has great $1 book options!
